Ordered a groin guard and the cut was smaller than the description displayed on the website. Tried calling to send it back and you have to ring the shop for a few days for someone to even bother to answer. I even tried emailing and never had a reply. When somebody did eventually answer, they told me to send it back which I have and they haven't even bothered to get it from the sorting office. I have tried calling today and no answer yet again. I paid £100 for the guard... I just want a refund!!!!! Will never use them again.
