I wanted to say how pleased I am with the flavour and quality of the sandwiches here. So M&S, well done - I don't find any other sandwiches as good, unless they're handmade of course. I've given a three star review as the organisation within the establishment does leave something to be desired. Fuel customers cannot pay and leave; they are forced to wait whilst others order their weekly food shop / order a coffee. And sometimes there's a conga line for the tills. Fair play to the staff who appear confident, capable and are welcoming and humorous.
